Yet again we are moving forward to insure that we can be an active community group who makes a difference. At a recent meeting it was agreed by all present that HDNW needed a consitition to allow us to apply for grants. This has now been finished and circulated to all members so that they can give us their views. If they are all in favour it will be adopted at the April 2007 meeting.
